Econyl has the same chemical makeup as nylon but is worlds more sustainable. It is a feasible replacement for nylon because it's endlessly recyclable, meaning even if all the nylon in the world were used up to make econyl, the fabric could still be produced.

We can screen print your brand  logo, fabric composition, wash care instructions and size on one template inside your garment for a high end sustainable finish. Please note that screen printing is only reserved for production orders whilst for a sample, a heat transfer method must be used.

Carvico is a high quality sustainable fabric that is made in Italy and is popular with swimwear brnds that want to have a luxurious feel to their products. Available in a wide range of colours, please be aware that Carvico cannot be printed on using a digital method.

If the print method doesn't give you the quality you desire, getting your logo embroidered is an excellent alternative.

All good quality swimwear is either constructed with framillon or swimwear rubber. This must be supplied by the customer. We can advise once a sample has been made how mush rubber is required for production.
